Food and clothing will be given away from 10am until 11am on a first come, first serve basis. Anyone in Upland and surrounding communities is eligible to participate. To receive food, participants are required to show ID and proof of residence (using something that came in the mail, ex: utility bill). Exceptions are made for the homeless.
